1. How do I get a quote?

Getting a quote from us is easy. All you need to do is get to our Contact Us page and submit your request. You can also go to our Order Now Page and input your project specifications to get a conversion service rate. Not sure about some parts of your projects? Don’t worry. We can always revise the quote depending on the complexity or simplicity of the pages and the options you select for your project.

2. Do you have any discounts?

Discounts are a great way to save money, and at PSD2HTML, we understand that too well. That’s why we have special trial rates for front-end development projects for our new clients lined up at the Order Page. Note that these discounts are available for bulk projects, and are only offered following a review of your designs and needs. Feel free to contact us about long-term partnering opportunities.

3. When should I expect my work to be ready?

This will highly depend on the type of project you want to be done. An HTML/CSS page, for instance, only takes about 8 working hours, while the subsequent pages in the same project take 3 to 8 hours based on the specs and difficulty of the order. Note that our team only starts a project once all aspects between you and PSD2HTML’s project manager are polished.

Designs using AI, GIF, PNG, JPEG, and non-layered PSD files may have a longer time. The same applies to those that use inDD, EPS, and AI formats because they’ll need to be converted to PSD. In this case, you have to confirm before we can proceed with the markup. Again, you’ll need to enclose all external fonts and images used on your AI/EPS file.

HTML/CSS and CMS/ecommerce are very different methods of web design, and therefore their integrations have different schedules depending on the functionality needed. Such projects often take about 2 to 3 working days. We only issue ETA for website development projects after keenly assessing the quote.

The best part is you’ll be able to know the duration of your project upfront. But still, the time might vary depending on the order’s specs and complexity. Got urgent tasks? Don’t fret. You can have them delivered within your preferred timelines – but at an extra cost.

4. When are you open for business?

We are open Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. We’ll always have people working on your projects even on major holidays, including Republic Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Diwali, and other major holidays in the UK and US, save for Christmas and New Year. 5. How do I get in touch with you?

You can contact us in a range of ways – including through chats and Contact Us page. But we also have a section – the Client Area – that’s dedicated to you and your projects, and making it easy for our team to monitor communication to ensure all your needs are addressed in a timely fashion. 6. What payment options do you accept?

We accept a wide variety of payment options to make it convenient for you. Our platform is highly secured and ensures all your personal and financial information are kept safe. With that in mind, you can pay us directly using your credit card (DISCOVER, AMEX, Visa, or MasterCard) or PayPal. You can also opt for a wire transfer or check payments if you are a returning client – just make sure to ask first. Any amount exceeding the $5k mark should be paid through wire transfer for security purposes. If you are unable to use any of our payment methods, please let us know.
